West Jordan is one of the largest cities in Utah, and it wears it well — big enough to have everything, still built around neighbourhoods rather than a downtown. Gardner Village keeps a restored 1850s mill and its shops alive on the north end. Jordan Landing handles the shopping on the west side.
In between there is Veterans Memorial Park, the Conservation Garden Park, ball diamonds, and a working-city feel that shows up hardest at lunchtime. That is exactly when our truck is open.
We parked here because West Jordan eats lunch properly.
