The Food

Real Venezuelan food, not a fusion of it

Bocados is Venezuelan food made the way it is made at home — not reinterpreted, not toned down. The empanada dough is corn-based and fried to a crisp shell. The tequeños are wrapped by hand. The fillings are cooked down slowly until the beef falls apart on its own.
